Experience: Tony has lived in Anchorage for most of his 13 years of experience working in the geotechnical and highway engineering fields. His geotechnical engineering responsibilities have included working on projects for foundation and retaining structure design, seismic stability evaluation for landslide areas in Anchorage, thermal analyses for permafrost. His highway engineering responsibilities have included working on projects including the Knik Arm Crossing, safety analyses of existing highways, and emergency repairs of flooded roads and highways.
