Problems with foundation drainage are very common in the Anchorage area.  Foundation/basement/crawlspace drainage issue can typically be remediated through a combination of footing drains (a.k.a French drains) and/or sump pumps.  NGE-TFT has successfully designed and overseen the construction of several foundation drainage remediation efforts in the Anchorage area for both commercial and residential buildings.  We address each project differently based on the subsurface conditions, foundation configuration, and any other site constraints with the goal of designing a system that effectively addresses the drainage issues in the most cost effective way.
